About Listo
Gibraltar's a small place. Help should be easy to find.
Everyone on the Rock knows someone who knows someone. Listo just makes that quicker. Post the flat-pack, the sofa that needs to go up to Upper Town, or the errand you can't fit in, and hear back from locals who can help.
We're not a national app with a Gibraltar filter. We're built for here: our areas, our steps and lanes, our neighbours.
How Listo works, in plain English
Listo is an introduction service. We put people who need something done in touch with independent local people and businesses who can do it. That's where our part ends.
Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. Listo is not a party to it and does not supervise the work.
What we don't do
- Employ providers — they're independent and work for themselves
- Set prices, hours or how the work is done
- Take or hold payment for jobs — you pay the provider directly
- Supervise or inspect the work, or provide insurance for it
